Mike Brown and the Cleveland Cavaliers reportedly will reunite, as the coach who took them to the playoffs in five consecutive seasons is expected to be announced as the team's head coach.
A recent disastrous stint as the Los Angeles Lakers head coach resulted in Brown getting fired just five games into the 2012-13 season after a 1-4 start. LA bowed out in the Western Conference semifinals in the previous year to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
However, it seems as though owner Dan Gilbert is comfortable with the coach who consistently led Cleveland to victory thanks to stout defense. Brown won the 2009 NBA Coach of the Year award in guiding the Cavs to a 66-16 record.
